A day for Mom

Mother's Day....it wasn't until I became a mom myself could I truly understand what an amazing gift it is! It wasn't until then too that I understood what my mom meant when she would say "one day you will understand". While motherhood, for me, took a turn I never dreamed it would, my daughter has made me a stronger person and fills my heart with such joy. I am honored to be her "Mommy" and I am so very thankful for my Mom and how she taught me what it is to be a mom!
